3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Credits System
SIGMAEO operates on a credits-based system:
- Credits are consumed when using AI features and SEO tools
- Subscription credits reset monthly based on your billing cycle
- Additional credits can be purchased as one-time add-ons
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- To transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- To resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- To abuse, harass, or harm other users
- To scrape or collect data from our platform without authorization
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SIGMAEO.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SIGMAEO.
8. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it to provide our services.
We do not claim ownership of your SEO data, website content, or analysis results.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SIGMAEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Third-party data sources (search engines, APIs) may occasionally be unavailable, affecting certain features.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
