SIGMAEO - Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) Platform

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SIGMAEO's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SIGMAEO provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools and services, including but not limited to:

Content analysis and scoring for AI optimization
Content optimization tools and recommendations
Publishing integrations (WordPress, Ghost, Shopify, Webflow)
Claude Desktop MCP extension

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
To transmit harmful code or interfere with the Service
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
To resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SIGMAEO.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SIGMAEO.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SIGMAEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
